Two high-profile events associated with the name of the famous American singer Taylor Swift happened 10 days apart: on July 29 and August 7. These two seemingly different incidents have a common denominator that points to the Russian anti-cult entity RACIRS and its informational terrorist activities aimed at unleashing a war between Christianity and Islam and creating conditions for a global civilizational war. A lot of aspects in this notorious case can be explained through facts and evidence presented in “The IMPACT” documentary.

The first event on July 29, 2024, was the tragedy in Southport, England, where a 17-year-old Christian man from the neighboring village of Banks attacked children with a knife. This happened at a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga class for children of 6 to 11 years old. Unfortunately, three kids died, while several other people including two adults were seriously injured as a result of the attack 1.

As a consequence, riots started across the UK last week, following the 17-year-old guy’s stabbing attack on the children’s dance studio in Southport. These events were largely triggered by disinformation on social media. When the police arrested the suspect, his name wasn’t revealed at first. This circumstance was used by disinformers who published a fictitious name of the attacker on the Internet. As a result, false information began to spread rapidly in social networks that the attacker’s name was Ali Al-Shakati and he was allegedly a Muslim immigrant who had arrived in the UK as a refugee on an inflatable boat in 2023. At the same time, according to the official statement of the police, the attacker is a 17-year-old UK native Axel Muganwa Rudakubana born on August 7, 2006, in Cardiff, whose parents came from Rwanda. Moreover, his family professes Christianity 2.

The beginning of fake news dissemination is associated with the “Russian trail” as reported by British newspapers. On Thursday, the Daily Mail came out with the following front-page headline: “Russia linked to fake news that sparked mosque riot.”

The newspaper drew attention to the Channel 3 Now website that was created on the basis of a YouTube channel opened by users from Izhevsk, Russia, 11 years ago. It contains fakes and AI-generated articles. The X account of this website has been an important channel for spreading the fake story that the dance studio in Southport was allegedly attacked by a Muslim migrant.

Based on the same information, The Daily Telegraph3 also wrote about incited riots and the Russian trail. Moreover, the Russian state-owned RT television channel referred to Channel 3 Now and repeated information that the suspect in the murder of children was a Muslim migrant. However, the message on RT website was later corrected with a disclaimer stating that the previous version contained erroneous data.

The main platform for spreading the original fake message accompanied with photos and videos was the X network (formerly Twitter) where the message gained millions of views. Among those who spread false and unsubstantiated information about the incident were famous politicians and opinion makers. There were also many anonymous accounts and pseudo-news entities of unknown origin. Some of the posts contained anti-Islamic and racist statements.

However, protests against migration erupted quickly, almost as if they were premeditated, starting in Southport and then the riots spread to other cities and towns. Notably, the protesters soon stopped mentioning Southport in their slogans. They expressed dissatisfaction with the presence of Muslim immigrants and the policy of multiculturalism as a whole. Over the course of five days, groups across the country attempted to set fire to mosques, destroy immigrant dormitories, hurled bricks and bottles at police, and shouted insults at Muslims and migrants. These protests were fueled by far-right groups on social media, with organization occurring in groups and chats across all major platforms, including X, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Social media played a crucial role in coordinating the riots. The main hashtag, #EnoughIsEnough, which spread widely across social networks, was introduced by a little-known neo-Nazi group.

The second event happened on August 7, 2024: Austrian police announced the arrest of two young men, aged 17 and 19, both Austrian citizens, who were planning a terrorist attack at an upcoming concert of American singer Taylor Swift.

All of the singer’s expected shows have been canceled. Taylor Swift’s concerts, being part of the Eras Tour, were scheduled to take place in Vienna on August 8, 9 and 10 at the Ernst Happel Stadium. Concert tickets were sold out a year before the event. Head of the Vienna police, Gerhard Pürstl, said that 65,000 people were expected to attend the concerts every day, as well as 22,000 fans outside the venue.

Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer wrote in his post on X: “Thanks to the intensive cooperation of our police and [security agencies] with foreign services, the threat was recognized early, combated and a tragedy prevented.” 4

The General Director for Public Security, Franz Ruf, said5: “According to the current status of the investigation, the two suspects became radicalized via the internet.” Mr Ruf said6 the 19-year-old pledged an “oath of allegiance” to the Islamic State group at the beginning of July.

According to Omar Haijawi-Pirchner8, head of Austria’s Directorate of State Security and Intelligence (DSN), the second participant in the terrorist attack was detained near the Ernst Happel Stadium in Prater (Viena) where concerts were supposed to take place. The young man worked for a company related to the stadium. They also found “ISIS materials” in his possession. The detained 19-year-old Austrian confessed that he intended to carry out the terrorist attack on either Thursday or Friday outside the stadium, where the queue for the concert would gather. He planned to use explosives or knives9 in the attack.

The two incidents that occurred 10 days apart, along with their specific details, suggest that a remote method of puzzle coding on the human subconscious was used on the suspects, who were unaware of the instigator or organizer of these crimes. This method involves specialists implanting subliminal messages through mass media and the Internet. The coding is done “blindly,” affecting a significant portion of the population within a targeted region.

In the first case, the instigators obviously expected that the potential killer would be a Muslim, since there are many mosques in that area and quite a lot of immigrants live there. Yet, they blundered, and the final implant command was activated in the subconsciousness of a Christian. The fact that there is a “Russian trail” in the way they corrected the situation speaks volumes. All these factors combined indicate that behind both incidents and their ideological organizers is the international anti-cult entity RACIRS (the Russian Association of Centers for the Study of Religions and Sects) that has recently been actively engaged in preparing for a civilizational war.

You can imagine the international scale of a possible tragedy and the public outcry that could have happened if Austrian and UK law enforcement and intelligence services hadn’t reacted in time. In fact, the goal of the organizers of these crimes is to provoke mass clashes between Christians and Muslims in Europe and the United States and unleash a civilizational war

The idea to unleash this kind of massacre by provoking the slaughter of children and almost immediately the murder of the popular American singer Taylor Swift, who has millions of fans around the globe, didn’t emerge just yesterday. However, by a happy coincidence and thanks to the work of intelligence agencies, that hasn’t happened. Just imagine the level of tension among the singer’s fans, the scale of information explosion in mass media and social networks covering these events, and the possible provocation of mass protests and riots across countries. What would that eventually lead to? As the first case has shown, Muslims would be made guilty even without figuring out who the real perpetrators are, and a bloody interreligious massacre would have been unleashed very fast all over Europe and America.

To a greater or lesser extent, the method of puzzle coding of subconsciousness has been known, to varying degrees, for a long time, since the 18th century. It can be traced to the “Werther effect” phenomenon described by sociologist David Phillips in the 1970s. However, what is used in the modern world is the pinnacle of manipulative technologies as those employed by international anti-cult organizations in their destructive activities, the ideological and coordinating center of which is the Russian RACIRS. Similarly to the stabbing incident in England, they orchestrated a where RACIRS was the ultimate beneficiary as described in detail in the film “The IMPACT”. It should be noted that today the UK is home to one of the most influential and active cells of anti-cultists subordinate to RACIRS. This group systematically conducts informational terror attacks against the UK authorities and citizens. It is also worth noting that anti-cultists have infiltrated quite deeply, and they are actively using media resources for their informational acts of terrorism and disinformation attacks even through such platforms as BBC.

Such terror attacks are continuously designed and executed in different countries by representatives of global anti-cultism, which in essence is a new hidden Nazism – far more insidious and sophisticated than what existed in Germany. “The IMPACT” documentary offers a comprehensive overview of the history of this hidden international terrorist organization and describes a succession of its methods from the Nazis. The film provides facts of present-day worldwide bloodshed and lawlessness perpetrated by the global anti-cultism, which kills civilians and children, sows enmity and hatred among nations, and skillfully manipulates public consciousness for its own interests.
