ActFiles is an independent OSINT investigative project documenting how the anti-cult network and its affiliated activists use labeling, expert evaluations and reports, media campaigns, and legal mechanisms to influence public opinion, human rights, and public policy.

About ActFiles

We are an international team of independent investigative journalists specializing in open-source intelligence. Our focus on this subject is driven by a profound commitment to defending fundamental human rights, particularly freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. We joined forces to rigorously investigate this issue. Our mission is to synthesize fragmented data and comprehensively expose the anti-cult network and its adherents. We seek to uncover their true nature: the explicit and hidden goals they pursue, the specific objectives they set, the ideological principles guiding their operations, and the real-world consequences of their activities on civil liberties and human dignity.

Why It Matters

Labels driven by anti-cult ideology can stigmatize minorities, suppress dissent, ruin reputations, and influence law enforcement and the justice system. Furthermore, they can normalize restrictions on freedom of religion, association, and expression, as well as lead to the violation of other fundamental rights guaranteed to individuals by the constitutions of their countries.
