Chabad-Lubavitch: Demonization And Persecution Of The Jewish Community By Agents Of Russian RACIRS In Russia And The U.S.

January 27, 2025

Over the past few decades, there has been a growing number of acts of intolerance, incitement to hatred, and, as a result, violence against members of the Chabad-Lubavitch Jewish religious community. Discrediting materials published in various countries employ well-known defamation methods that were once used by Goebbels during Nazi Germany. For instance, in Russia, Chabad-Lubavitch is portrayed to the local audience as agents of the “enemy state” of the United States, allegedly directed from New York. At the same time, in the United States, materials are being published that discredit Chabad-Lubavitch as agents of the Kremlin and personally of Putin, thus presenting them as a threat to the U.S. This method of “mirror propaganda” is a classic tool in the arsenal of the international anticult network overseen by the Russian pro-religious organization RACIRS, headed by Alexander Dvorkin — a citizen of both Russia and the United States. The surge in acts of hatred against Chabad-Lubavitch is by no means a random series of events but rather the result of the deliberate activities of RACIRS’s agent network.

In November 2024, Rabbi Zvi Kogan, an assistant to the chief rabbi in the UAE and a representative of Chabad, was murdered. He was a citizen of Israel and Moldova and had been living in Abu Dhabi since Israel normalized relations with the UAE in late 2020 following the signing of the U.S.-brokered Abraham Accords. In early 2022, Zvi met his future wife, Rivky Spielman, a native of New York. Rivky is the niece of Rabbi Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg, Chabad representatives who were murdered by terrorists in Mumbai in 2008.

The Kogan family reported his disappearance on November 21, 2024. A few days later, the rabbi was found dead in the city of Al Ain. Three citizens of Uzbekistan have been arrested on suspicion of his murder.

On April 27, 2019, a shooting attack took place at the Chabad synagogue in Poway, San Diego County, California. The shooter, John Earnest, fatally wounded one woman and injured three others, including the synagogue’s rabbi and an 8-year-old girl. He fired about ten shots before his rifle jammed or malfunctioned, preventing further casualties. A month prior to the shooting, Earnest attempted to burn down a mosque in Escondido. According to the prosecutor, the shooter’s radicalization began 18 months before the attack. 1 He also attempted to livestream the shooting, similar to the shooter at the mosque in New Zealand. 2 In his manifesto, Earnest cited the shooters behind the Christchurch mosque attacks in New Zealand and the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting, stating that both had “inspired” him. 3 John Earnest, the perpetrator of the attack on the Chabad of Poway synagogue, condemned U.S. President Donald Trump in his manifesto as “That Zionist, Jew-loving, anti-White, traitorous [expletive].”

The mass shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, occurred on October 27, 2018, six months before the attack on the Chabad synagogue in Poway. The shooter killed eleven people and injured six others. Both Bowers and Earnest criticized and condemned Donald Trump in their posts.

Similarly, Pittsburgh synagogue shooter Robert Bowers wrote on the mainly far-right website Gab that he opposed Trump, who he claimed was surrounded by Jews. “Trump is a globalist, not a nationalist.” He claimed that Jews, who he used an expletive to describe, were an “infestation” in the White House. 4

The details of how such mass shooting incidents are orchestrated and who benefits from them are thoroughly explained in Chapter Eight of the film “The IMPACT.”

Other examples of hatred directed at members of Chabad-Lubavitch include the arson attacks on their buildings in Boston, Massachusetts, and Newark, Delaware, in 2019 and 2020, respectively. These incidents are the result of deliberate efforts to incite hatred against this Jewish community.

Incitement of Hatred Against Chabad in Russia

One of the primary methods of demonizing Chabad-Lubavitch in the United States involves accusations of the community’s alleged “pro-Russian” stance, supposedly due to the fact that a representative of Lubavitch Hasidism, Berel Lazar, serves as the Chief Rabbi of Russia.

However, to understand the real situation, let us examine the campaign of discreditation and demonization of the Chabad-Lubavitch community launched by RACIRS within Russia. The most high-profile event in recent years was the public statement made by FSB Lieutenant General and Assistant Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Aleksey Pavlov. In a lengthy article with anticult rhetoric published in the newspaper “Argumenty i Fakty” in 2022 8, Pavlov claimed that Ukraine is a “totalitarian hypersect” led by “militant fanatics appointed from Washington, whose views are directly opposed to those of normal people.” Among these groups, he included representatives of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement, labeling the Jewish organization with the dehumanizing term “dangerous cult.”

Pavlov alleged that the core principle of Lubavitch Hasidism is the “superiority of the sect’s followers over all nations and peoples” and called for the “desatanization” of Ukraine.

This action by such a high-ranking official and anticult advocate was intended to signal both law enforcement and radicals that Chabad representatives are not individuals with constitutionally protected rights but rather enemies of society and dangerous agents sent from the U.S. with an inhumane agenda. It implied that they could be dealt with using the same methods employed against Jehovah’s Witnesses in Russia — arson of homes, beatings, fabricated criminal cases, deprivation of parental rights, imprisonment, and the placement of children in orphanages controlled by RACIRS.

We are certain that this would have happened if not for the decisive response of the Jewish community in Russia. On the same day, October 26, 2022, the Chief Rabbi of Russia sharply criticized the statement made by the assistant to the Secretary of the Russian Security Council. 10, 11

He wrote that Mr. Pavlov’s reasoning could be dismissed as vulgar antisemitic nonsense and ignored with disdain, but the position he holds does not allow for such an approach. “Such new renditions of old blood libels, coming from a representative of the Russian Security Council, pose a great danger and therefore require an immediate and unequivocal response from society and the country’s authorities,” concluded the Chief Rabbi of Russia. 12

In this case, the reaction came fairly quickly — within a few days, Pavlov’s superior, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, issued a public apology.

Patrushev apologized for his assistant, who referred to the Jewish movement “Chabad-Lubavitch” as a cult in an article about “Satanism” in Ukraine. 13 A few months later, Alexey Pavlov was dismissed from his position as Assistant Secretary of the Russian Security Council. 14

As we can see, Patrushev easily sacrificed his assistant, pretending to have no involvement in the matter. But could an assistant to the Secretary of the Russian Security Council publish such information without his superior’s knowledge? It is hard to believe that an assistant would make such a foolish move without approval. The organization led by Patrushev is serious, and such mistakes are not tolerated there. Pavlov certainly would not have acted without coordinating with his leadership.

This provocation was initially organized by RACIRS and carried out with Patrushev’s knowledge. It was aimed at weakening the influence of Chabad-Lubavitch in Russia while strengthening the positions of RACIRS and the factions within the Kremlin and FSB that closely collaborate with it.

This maneuver was conducted behind Putin’s back, who himself publicly meets with leaders of Russia’s major religions, including Chief Rabbi of Russia and Chabad-Lubavitch representative Berel Lazar. When this anticult attack by RACIRS failed and the situation became clear, Patrushev easily sacrificed his assistant Pavlov. If this had been coordinated with Putin, Pavlov would have remained in his position.

It is important to note that this is not about anticultism per se. The issue here is geopolitics and influence, including in the sphere of macroeconomics. Anticultism is merely a convenient tool for suppression and incitement of hatred. Such provocations are orchestrated to weaken the position of specific organizations — in this case, Chabad-Lubavitch. Simply put, this is nothing more than blatant raiding, racketeering, and extortion disguised as so-called anticult activity.

In addition, this is a direct attack on democracy, human rights, and freedoms. Those behind these actions aim to establish their own dictatorship. This is precisely why the First Amendment causes particular irritation and discomfort for certain individuals, such as Dvorkin and his accomplices. They openly express their disdain for it, even referring to it as a “neurosis.”

Alexander Dvorkin, quickly realizing that the anticult provocation had failed, also rushed to distance himself from the scandal and published an article titled “Regrettable Errors in Alexey Pavlov’s Recent Article,” in which he sharply criticized Pavlov. Dvorkin stated:

“Not being a specialist in Judaica, I will not analyze the teachings and practices of Lubavitch Hasidists — one of many movements within modern Judaism and an integral part of it. I can only note that in the 30 years of our Center’s existence, not a single person has ever approached us claiming harm from this movement. Judaism (alongside Orthodoxy, Islam, and Buddhism) is one of the four traditional religions of the peoples of the Russian Federation, as named in the preamble to the Law on Freedom of Conscience. There is no caveat such as ‘Judaism, except for Chabad-Lubavitch,’ in that law. The movement cooperates quite constructively with other traditional denominations in the Russian Federation. The assistant to the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation must take this into account when publishing his texts.”

For the sake of his own safety, Dvorkin quickly distanced himself from the disgraced Pavlov and trampled on him just as he had done to his former allies in RACIRS when they were no longer useful to him. 15

Interestingly, Alexander Dvorkin has, in fact, received multiple public complaints about Chabad-Lubavitch. However, these complaints were initiated by his own network of agents. Since the late 2000s, Orthodox activists supervised by the Perm Missionary Department of RACIRS launched a massive media campaign to dehumanize the Chabad-Lubavitch community. This is one of the main tactics of Dvorkin’s anticult network — to create the illusion of public demand for action against organizations, allegedly from society itself, while in reality, this demand is fabricated by local RACIRS agents.

One of the leaders of this campaign was Dmitry Kasyanov, the chairman of the Association of Orthodox Sports Clubs.

The creation of such networks of youth sports organizations at church parishes to combat “sects” was declared as one of the goals of anticultists as early as 2001 at the conference “Totalitarian Sects – Threat of the 21st Century,” organized by Dvorkin in Nizhny Novgorod. At that time, his close ally, the anticultist Orthodox priest Dmitry Smirnov (the rector of as many as seven (!) highly prosperous Moscow churches) 18, stated:

It is necessary to create a youth organization at every parish… the creation of such organizations, where there will be sports, where there will be some intrigue, where these guys can be sent, like scouts, into sects (cults) to find out addresses, names, photographs, so that they can create their own structures inside, and these sects can be blown up from within… And this will be a very interesting practical activity for the guys. And it will be preventive… Also, the publication of all sects. And in general, regularly, as advertisements, in the cheapest newspapers, or on television, collecting small amounts of money from parishioners. Print, either as a running line or as advertisements, a list of totalitarian sects with the names of their leaders and their addresses so that people know them. This is very effective… The press exists to prepare public opinion.”

Notice the word “PREPARE.” In other words, manipulate the consciousness of the masses. Just as it was done during the rise of Nazism, the same methods are being used. 19

By the way, Dmitry Smirnov concluded his speech with a rather intriguing insight into the future plans of the anticultists: “…We are used to thinking that Russia is big, Russia is strong, Russia is great, that we have plenty of nuclear buttons, that we can actually destroy the whole world — yes, in principle, this is possible. But now we no longer have people with the courage to press those buttons. The people have become spiritually petty. There are no such people who would dare to do it. Dare to say, yes, we can dictate, we can call the tune… Every deputy has to understand… if his program doesn’t contain the words ‘fight against totalitarian sects,’ he won’t be elected.” An interesting goal, isn’t it? Fighting sects so that there would be someone in the Kremlin willing to press the nuclear buttons. As well as imposing an anticult agenda on politicians and promoting their own people into parliament from a church organization that, according to the constitution, is supposed to be separate from the state.

More than 20 years later, it can be stated that the declared plan has reached the final stage of the implementation of its declared goals.

It was precisely such RACIRS-controlled organizations, for the creation of which Dmitry Smirnov agitated, that were used in the campaign to persecute Chabad-Lubavitch in Perm.

Perm is a city where a RACIRS branch has been officially operating since 2009. On the RACIRS website, the contact person is listed as Evgeny Oshmarin, who holds the position of Deputy Head. 24

Evgeny Oshmarin has already become a controversial figure in Russian news. In 2014, details of his “paid for” work with Alexander Dvorkin became known to the press. At that time, anticult fighters, together with Dvorkin’s lawyer Alexander Korelov, attempted to use fake expert reports and testimonies from RACIRS members in court to deprive a young Perm resident, a mother of two, of her parental rights and have her committed to a psychiatric hospital, labeling her a “cultist.”

As it turned out, this action was ordered and paid for by the woman’s ex-husband, who wanted revenge on her. He approached RACIRS, where he was given a bill for their services, and they eagerly took on the case. Journalists investigating this incident discovered that these “fighters against cults on order” were willing, for a good fee, to label anyone a cultist — from an ex-wife to a competing company — depending on the client commissioning the harassment.

The authors of the article “Sectologists on Call” concluded that, in essence, RACIRS was engaged in raiding organizations and harassing victims on order, following a well-practiced and streamlined scheme of actions. 25

The escalation of tension and public outcry against Chabad-Lubavitch followed the same pattern as the attacks on Jehovah’s Witnesses, which ultimately led to the banning of this religious organization in Russia on April 20, 2017. Mass persecution and imprisonment continue to this day. By the end of 2024, it became known that the 12th Jehovah’s Witness had already died under investigation in Russia. 26

This step-by-step guide for destroying organizations is detailed in the publication “How to Defeat a Sect. A Practical Guide for Citizens” on the RACIRS website. 27 The author, Alexander Chausov, provides instructions to anticult fighters: “Rule number one: you must very clearly understand that this is a war.” What follows is a methodology for harassing and discrediting the target organization.

One of the stages of harassment and creating media buzz involves organizing pickets. On this topic, the RACIRS website features a separate guide authored by the infamous deputy of Alexander Dvorkin, Alexander Novopashin, titled “How to Conduct Anti-Sectarian Pickets,” published in 2013. Novopashin pays special attention to the preparation of posters: “Posters must be easy to read, with large fonts. As practice has shown, ironic and satirical posters, but not rude ones, have a very strong impact.” 28

Below are examples of posters from an event organized by RACIRS in Perm in 2016.

One of the main figures in the anticult campaign against Chabad was Orthodox activist Elena Zykina, along with former eco-activist and now well-known Perm-based antisemite, racist, sexist, and homophobe Roman Yushkov. 29, 30

The reason for their increased activity was the city authorities’ approval of the construction of a Jewish Center in Perm.

In the same year, 2016, activists of the anticult campaign against Chabad published a letter to the Governor of Perm region demanding the construction of a Russian Center (apparently instead of the Jewish Center approved by authorities). The text sarcastically criticized the “construction of a community center for such an exotic ethno-confessional group for Perm as the Lubavitcher Hasidim.”

The letter was signed by 26 people, including Zykina, Yushkov, and the already familiar Deputy Head of the Missionary Department of RACIRS in Perm, Evgeny Oshmarin, who modestly signed as a “Russian citizen.”

In 2017, following the high-profile ban on Jehovah’s Witnesses, Roman Yushkov and other participants in the Perm campaigns began demanding Alexander Dvorkin’s active involvement in the harassment campaign against Chabad. Here is an excerpt from their public appeal to Dvorkin:

Recently, an important positive precedent was set in Russia: the cult ‘Jehovah’s Witnesses’ and the literature they distribute were recognized as extremist. Fully approving this decision, we note that the ideology and practices of the ‘Chabad-Lubavitch’ cult are far more dangerous and misanthropic. Dear Alexander Leonidovich, we expect decisive actions from the organizations you lead and from you personally in connection with the activities of this misanthropic, anti-Christian cult.” 32,33

However, at that time, Alexander Dvorkin chose not to make public statements and “flatly refused to express his opinion on Chabad-Lubavitch,” responding to Yushkov and other activists’ requests by saying that “he would not meddle in Jewish affairs.” 34

Dvorkin prudently shielded himself from criticism and undesirable consequences in case of failure of the harassment campaign against Chabad-Lubavitch by his own anticult network. Some radical nationalist activists even speculated that this was because he himself is Jewish. However, we believe that Alexander Dvorkin is devoid of such sentiments.

Despite the fact that Dvorkin himself experienced discrimination as a child due to his ethnicity, he dedicated his entire subsequent career to organizing persecution and harassment of others, achieving remarkable results in this regard. An analysis of his activities shows that he is completely devoid of empathy for people in general. He shows no pity even for his closest associates, with whom he easily parted ways, subjected to harassment, and expelled both from his own organization, RACIRS, and from the Russian Orthodox Church when they became inconvenient for him.

This may be a consequence of his mental disorder, which we wrote about earlier, but he acts solely based on his own interests, personal goals, and benefits, as well as strengthening his own power and influence. As subsequent events showed, his decision to refrain from commenting was dictated purely by strategic considerations.

No matter how much Dvorkin tries to distance himself from the events in Perm, the anticult pickets held there, and other antisemitic activities, it is absolutely clear that nothing would have happened without orders from a branch of his network. The facts presented above show that an entire RACIRS division organized pickets in Perm, yet Dvorkin immediately defends himself by claiming that he has never received any complaints against Chabad-Lubavitch.

This is a typical scheme of action for Dvorkin’s agents, who hide behind the guise of fighting so-called “cults” and “sects.” They all operate in the same way. A similar analogy can be drawn in the case of Patrushev and his deputy. One should ask a question — could Alexey Pavlov, the assistant secretary of the Security Council, have made his anticult rhetoric and statements against Chabad-Lubavitch without the approval of his superiors? And then, as the next step, his boss, Patrushev, immediately distances himself from Pavlov, as if he had nothing to do with the situation, placing all the blame for the statement solely on his deputy…

Dvorkin acts in the same way, disassociating himself from the activities of the Perm branch of RACIRS, as if he does not oversee this division and knows nothing about their actions.

In April 2019, the district court of Perm found Roman Yushkov and other activists guilty of inciting hatred and enmity. 37

Despite this, local “Orthodox activists” in Perm continue to regularly hold prayer services and processions “against satanic abominations and Jewish filth.” 38

In 2021, the authorities in Perm denied the Chabad-Lubavitch Jewish community the right to construct a Jewish Center. 39

Given this ambiguous situation, Alexander Dvorkin adopted a cautious, wait-and-see position, only speaking out a year later, after Alexey Pavlov’s attempt failed.

One of the main methods of demonizing the Chabad-Lubavitch organization by RACIRS anticultists in Russia has been, and remains, the narrative of a “fundamentalist Jewish cult ‘Chabad-Lubavitch’ controlled from New York” 40, as well as claims that their activities in Russia are “part of a plan for the U.S. to take over Russia” 41, and that “the entire cult, from Perm to Moscow, is closely tied to its governing center in the U.S., including financially.” 42

During the harassment campaign against the Chabad community, websites such as the so-called “news agency” periscop.prpc.ru, curated by Roman Yushkov and now accessible only through web archives, were used to publish key dehumanizing articles. These articles were then picked up by a network of websites affiliated with RACIRS. Additionally, internet blogs, such as LiveJournal, were actively used to spread hate.

Here is an example of a message widely circulated on Russian internet portals by activists of RACIRS’s anticult and antisemitic campaign:

Chabad is notorious for its anti-Russian stance, particularly through its lawsuit against the Russian Federation, during which Chabad attempted to take away the so-called Schneerson Library from Russia. Moreover, …Chabad played an active role in organizing the bloody events in Novorossiya, specifically in the creation and arming of the Nazi punitive battalions ‘Dnepr’ and ‘Azov’.”

Controlled from New York, the ultra-Orthodox Hasidic cult ‘Chabad-Lubavitch’ is known for its anti-Russian stance. For example, the Ukrainian branch of the cult actively supports the bloody punitive operation against the peaceful residents of Novorossiya, and the largest Hasidic synagogue in the world, ‘Menorah,’ built in Dnepropetrovsk, has become the largest center of Russophobic and anti-Russian propaganda.” 45, 46, 47

This is essentially the same message that Alexey Pavlov echoed later in 2022. Previously, other anticult politicians had actively promoted this same narrative. For instance, in 2013, Mikhail Delyagin, one of Russia’s most prominent economists and the head of the party “Rodina: Zdravyy Smysl” (Motherland: Common Sense), stated on his personal website that it was time to consider “the complete ban of the Lubavitcher Hasidic cult’s activities on Russian territory due to the open hostility of its leaders toward Russia.”

Following this statement, in Perm, several perpetrators threw a Molotov cocktail through the window of the Jewish Community Center. 48

But even earlier, in 2012, it was Dvorkin himself, during a visit to Perm, who asserted that “the activities of sects (cults) are an active factor in international politics, primarily, of course, in the United States.”

Here’s another quote from Dvorkin during that visit: “Today, sects (cults) are a factor in major international politics. And the U.S. State Department is interested in expanding the activities of sects around the whole world.” 52

In other words, it was Dvorkin who actively promoted the idea that Perm was being taken over by cults controlled from the United States, without directly naming Chabad. However, given the active anticult activities of “Orthodox activists,” organized by the local RACIRS branch under the leadership of Evgeny Oshmarin and with the approval of the local diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, it becomes clear that Dvorkin was deliberately working toward the destruction of this community. He skillfully masked his involvement to shield himself from potential backlash, while indirectly enabling and supporting the campaign against the Chabad community.

But no matter how much Dvorkin tries to cover his tracks, all the evidence points to the fact that he is playing geopolitics and, in doing so, influences Russian authorities, pressuring them to fund HIS international anticult network. While ostensibly suppressing various cults both in Russia and abroad, he is, in reality, strengthening his political position on the international stage and advancing the dominance of his agenda.

As we can see, the activities of Dvorkin’s agents are far from missionary work; they are nothing less than an extension of the covert intelligence operations of Russian special services in other countries. Based on his statements and actions, it can be inferred that his entire anticult organization is essentially a subdivision of the FSB or GRU, defending Russia’s geopolitical interests. Everything else is merely a façade.

What is being created is a network of influence agents in key positions, ostensibly involved in anticultism but, in reality, part of an FSB intelligence network. This network actively employs Nazi-like methods, such as the persecution and harassment of undesirable groups, to achieve geopolitical objectives. All of this is done under the guise of the anti-democratic activities of anticult organizations controlled by Dvorkin, such as FECRIS and MIVILUDES.

Based on his own words and actions, it can be concluded that Dvorkin is not merely a “specialist in combating cults,” as he portrays himself in the public sphere, but is directly connected to politics. In this context, anticult organizations such as RACIRS and those subordinate to it — and, in particular, to Dvorkin — like FECRIS, MIVILUDES, and the entire network he has created, are nothing more than agents of the FSB and the Kremlin, advancing their interests.

By lobbying for anticult laws and removing certain individuals from the political arena using the same Nazi-like tools that Dvorkin’s agents allegedly use to fight “cults,” a highly powerful mechanism of political influence is being established.

It is worth noting that even after Pavlov’s dismissal and Patrushev’s apology for his assistant’s article, attacks on Chabad-Lubavitch in Russia did not cease. By mid-2023, anticult activists began making public appeals to Russia’s Security Council. For instance, in an address to Patrushev from the “Union for the Revival of Russia,” the same accusations with RACIRS’s antisemitic rhetoric were repeated: “The chief Russian Chabadnik Berel Lazar arrived in Russia from New York. He holds three citizenships — American, Israeli, and Russian — in violation of Russian Federation laws.” The statement goes on to discuss the “need to investigate the Jewish community,” “evaluate their activities,” and demands to designate Chabad as a foreign agent.

This is a hallmark of Dvorkin’s organization. They operate in the same way worldwide. The scheme is absolutely identical: pressuring authorities, demanding investigations, shutting down and destroying organizations, and then calling for judicial and criminal prosecution of the members of these organizations, who are subjected to anti-democratic harassment by Dvorkin’s Kremlin-influenced agents.

The demonization of the Chabad-Lubavitch Jewish community by RACIRS’s agent network in the United States

At the same time, following the principle of the mirror propaganda method used by Goebbels 55, 56 RACIRS’s agent network operating in the United States is fueling the demonization of Chabad-Lubavitch, attempting to portray them as agents of Russia.

For example, Dvorkin’s colleague, the most influential and authoritative anticultist in the United States, Steven Hassan, is trying to convince his followers of “the odd Chabad connection with Putin” and expresses “disgust” over CNN giving a platform to a Chabad rabbi.

Another voice of Russia’s FSB/RACIRS in the United States — Dave Troy, known for promoting Alexander Dvorkin’s rhetoric to Western audiences — is attempting to demonize Chabad by attributing ties to Putin and Netanyahu. He also writes that “extremist Chabad rabbis” are connected to Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.

Many FSB/RACIRS-recruited agents were involved in this antisemitic campaign. All representatives of this network are interconnected in one way or another and operate under a unified command center.

When an order came from the central command to continue the Nazi-style persecution of the Jewish people, all agents working for this organization began actively promoting this agenda. After all, for many decades, Chabad-Lubavitch coexisted peacefully without interference until Dvorkin initiated this propaganda.

In carrying out this directive, a prominent representative of Dvorkin’s international anticult network, Jim Stewartson, who has been listed by the ADL as one of the “Antisemites and Disinformers” 63, became actively involved. He picked up and continued spreading antisemitic narratives that originated in RACIRS, first appearing in Perm and later spreading throughout the network. All of them are implicated in this. By inciting hatred against the Jewish community and spreading antisemitic propaganda, Stewartson writes that “Chabad is Kushner’s extremist sect, joined because of Putin.” 62

Interestingly, a joint video featuring this trio — Steven Hassan, Dave Troy, and Jim Stewartson — on the TEDxMidAtlantic platform, curated by Troy, was removed from YouTube for inciting hatred and hate speech 64. The link to this video was actively promoted by participants of the hate-incitement event. However, clicking on it now displays a message stating, “This video has been removed for violating YouTube’s policy on hate speech. Learn more about combating hate speech in your country.”

A close ally of Dave Troy and Jim Stewartson in broadcasting the anticult propaganda of Russia’s RACIRS is the Czech anticultist Alexandra Alvarová. After the release of “The IMPACT” documentary, which exposed her activities, she deleted her YouTube channel, social media accounts, and website.

However, in the archived version of her website, there is an interesting detail. She presents a historical timeline of “propaganda development” starting from 544 BCE. In this timeline, there is a complete absence of any mention of Nazi propaganda and the demonization of Jews by the Nazis.

We have written in detail about how anticultists like Walter Künneth, the founder of modern anticultism and the mentor of Friedrich Haack (who later became Alexander Dvorkin’s teacher), played a decisive role in transferring methods of dehumanization and persecution of Jews to the NSDAP. The application of these dehumanization methods led to one of the most horrific tragedies in human history — the Holocaust.

Yet, Alexandra Alvarová, who positions herself as an “expert on propaganda and disinformation,” apparently does not consider this information worth mentioning in her “propaganda timeline,” which spans from Ancient China to modern times.

Another instigator of hatred against the Jewish community, acting on orders from Russia, is the anticultist Rick Alan Ross, whom we mentioned in our material about Waco. Despite being adopted by a Jewish family, Ross built his career fighting, among other groups, Jewish communities.

He established close ties with both the FSB/RACIRS and representatives of the Chinese Communist Party. Ross has repeatedly attended anticult conventions in China and other countries, including alongside Alexander Dvorkin.

There is a wealth of evidence online demonstrating the antisemitic rhetoric of RACIRS in posts, interviews, and other activities by Rick Alan Ross. This points to whose interests he is truly representing in America and who his actual handler is. This is not merely anticult activity but the dissemination of the antisemitic ideology of Russia’s RACIRS in the United States.

Rick Alan Ross: “In my opinion, the Chabad fits the profile of a personality-driven cult.”
Screenshot from YouTube 71 Rick Alan Ross: “In my opinion, the Chabad fits the profile of a personality-driven cult.”

Rick Alan Ross systematically incites hatred against Jewish communities such as Chabad-Lubavitch, Breslov, Kabbalah followers, and others.

Rabbi Moshe Omer of the Kabbalah Centre once aptly commented on Ross’s attacks:

“Rick Ross is a convicted felon with a history of psychiatric problems.” 73

It is possible that, in the case of Rick Alan Ross (as in the case of Alexander Dvorkin), he may attempt to use his psychiatric diagnosis as a justification for such actions.

Rick Alan Ross's psychiatric diagnosis
Rick Alan Ross’s psychiatric diagnosis
Rick Alan Ross's psychiatric diagnosis
Rick Alan Ross’s psychiatric diagnosis

“It is my opinion that Ricky has a personality disturbance which started even as a child. He had emotional maladjustment, never learned usual lines of conduct for socializing as a result of which as a child he had outbursts of rage, was demanding, a manipulative and argumentative child with no friends and was defiant. He does not seem to profit from his past experiences and cannot realize that what he does is socially unacceptable and dangerous and does not realize that he has a responsibility to society to control his behavior. He has had expressed guilt feelings for what he has done the first time but repeated what he had done despite the fact he had been reprimanded and punished for it. He was unable to control his impulses regardless of the punishments. Ricky seems to demand immediate and instant gratification of his desires and needs with no feelings for the interests of others with whom he had some emotional attachments. He does not seem to identify himself with society and its laws, and believes that punishments are an injustice. He has a tendency to externalize responsibility, though he is gradually assuming responsibilities now. He has problems learning because of his inability to listen.

I see Ricky as an individual who has sociopathic inclinations, [redacted] and as a person with learning disability.

Recommendation is strict probation with specific limitations and intensive guidance or psychotherapy. He will not benefit from any form of incarceration.

Prognosis is fair to guarded.

DOMICIANO E. SANTOS, M.D.”

But doesn’t it seem strange to you that there are so many anticult activists around the world with psychological issues and psychiatric reports? And they are very closely connected to each other, using the same manipulative techniques and targeting the same organizations. Isn’t this a strange coincidence? Or is it not a coincidence at all?

And here arises the next question: could it be that someone is using these mentally unstable individuals in their activities? In that case, could this be a coincidence, a mere accident? Or is it, after all, a pattern?

These individuals with psychological issues actually serve as a good cover and protection for the organization itself. Allegedly, the person spoke or acted unconsciously. But when such activities are clearly well-organized on a global scale, the question arises: who is using people with documented psychological health issues so skillfully and in such a well-coordinated manner, and what is their ultimate goal?

After all, it is evident that their goal is not limited to antisemitic activities. So, what is their ultimate objective?

In reality, these are manipulators of people’s consciousness through the mass media, creating conditions under which individuals become murderers, including of politicians. And they supposedly cannot be held accountable because they have psychological issues.

And here arises the question: on what basis are they given access to the mass media, allowed to speak on prominent media platforms, and act as experts if they are so “problematic” and engage in inciting antisemitism using Nazi methods?

If such individuals are so dangerous to society, why are they not isolated? After all, it is precisely people like them in anticult organizations who create the conditions under which rabbis are shot, members of Jewish communities are killed, synagogues are burned down, and so on.

Rick Alan Ross’s diagnosis states that “he will not benefit from any form of incarceration.” But what about those whom he deprived of freedom, and sometimes even life, by inciting hatred against people?

It is possible that, fully understanding the likelihood of facing imprisonment for their actions, individuals like him deliberately obtain such medical reports and documents to provide a convenient excuse for hiding their illegal activities. They are fully aware of what they are doing and understand the consequences of their actions.

By inciting hatred among people, those agents of Dvorkin who hide behind anticult activities push individuals with emotional lability to burn synagogues, shoot at presidents, and ultimately may use a medical report as a shield, claiming that imprisonment would not benefit them. Perhaps it wouldn’t benefit them. But what about society?

The logical outcome of the activities of the anticult network RACIRS is the increase in threats, acts of violence, terrorist attacks, and mass shootings against members of communities targeted by demonizing and dehumanizing propaganda. As shown above, any accusations capable of provoking negative associations and hatred in society are used to create the illusion of a threat emanating from the community targeted by RACIRS.

For example, in Russia, Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidim are demonized with labels such as “sect”, “agents of the USA,” and even “fascists,” no matter how absurd it may sound. Meanwhile, in the United States, using Goebbels’ mirrored propaganda methods, Chabad is labeled as a “destructive cult,” “extremists,” “agents of Putin,” “agents of Netanyahu,” or “agents of Trump.”

The mandatory linking of targeted politicians to the demonization narrative is also part of the methodology employed by FSB/RACIRS agents. The tragic consequences of this activity were discussed in the article “Politicians under threat. Who is behind this?

We hope that this information will allow for a sober assessment of the current situation, the activities of the anticult network, and whose interests they truly serve. After all, beyond persecuting various organizations and inciting antisemitic activities, they are actively engaged in promoting Nazism — the elevation of some people over others — and the destruction of all democratic rights and freedoms.

This benefits only one country with immense ambitions for global domination, and it is neither the United States nor China. It is the current homeland of Dvorkin, along with his entire anticult network, armed with psychiatric reports claiming that imprisonment is contraindicated for them due to their health conditions.
